Along with holding certifications with ACE Fitness as a certified personal trainer, Sleep Hygiene and Stress Management.

STRESS LESS
Learn the effects of stress on the mind, body, and spirit and how to create strategies to help you manage them. Hormonal changes and self esteem are only a couple examples of this. We will assess your triggers, vulnerabilities, and habits and the changes that need to be made to eliminate stress in your life.
SLEEP SCIENCE
We will access behavior patterns during our coaching sessions while implementing daily strategies to improve your sleep! You will develop an understanding how the quality of your sleep effects all aspects of life and develop sleep hygiene techniques for your environment and sleep rituals to improve your individual performance.
GUIDED MEDITATION
